For any delivery requested to ship to LIC, NY; Receiving

Hours are, as follows:

    Monday Thru Friday from 6:00AM until 9:00AM

LOAD DOCK HEIGHT: DELIVERY TRUCKS ONLY; NO TRAILERS 53 FT AND OVER

Hold Harmless:

To the extent permitted by law, the Supplier/Manufacturer noted on this Purchase Order agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Montana Datacom Inc. (MDI) from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from third-party claims related to the Supplier’s/Manufacturer’s products, provided that such claims are not caused by MDI’s negligence or willful misconduct. The Supplier/Manufacturer shall also cover any costs associated with defending such claims and any resulting settlements or judgments.
